Belair Great House located in St. Philip is a spacious, recently renovated, five-bedroom family house that is about 100 years old.
It sits on a beautifully landscaped two acre plot overlooking the sea with almost three hundred feet of ocean frontage.
The house is designed to accommodate ten persons. Within the grounds there is a large swimming pool and a deck with ample space for relaxing and entertaining.
Adjoining the pool deck is a barbeque with bar, sink and counter top. Adjacent to the barbeque area is a gazebo with a dining area for seating ten persons. The pool area is slightly raised and enclosed to ensure that the area is safe and child friendly.
The entire property is enclosed and is fitted with an electronic access gate as well as a small gate leading to the sea front.
A recently constructed asphalt tennis court is located within the grounds.
No provision is in place for a private cook but if the client desires a cook one can be made available at a cost of US$60.00 per day.
