How do I get to Tortola ?
From the USA fly to St. Thomas and take one of the three Ferry Services. Or fly to Beef Island(EIS) via San Juan , PR., on American Eagle, Liat, Caribbean Star, Air Sunshine and Cape Air.

How do I get to Virgin Gorda?
Once on Tortola; Two ferries leave from the Port in Road Town and from Beef Island to North Sound. From St. Thomas : Air Sunshine or Air St. Thomas. From San Juan daily on Air Sunshine or Air St. Thomas.

Smith's Ferry offers trips on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

How do I get to St. Thomas/St. John?
There are many flights from major airline hubs directly to St. Thomas . St. John via the Ferry from Red Hook. The ferry runs daily every hour On the hour until 10:00 P.M.

From San Juan and St. Thomas take LIAT daily.

How do I get to St. Barths?
The best route is from St. Martin on 15 minute flight. There is a ferry from St. Maarteen that arrives on St. Barths at 7:45 in the evening. The ferry ride is 1 ½ hour and can be rough.

Yes, all our accommodations are equipped with kitchens or otherwise stated on the specific page.

Do I need an adapter for small appliances?
The BVI and USVI's use the same standards as the US . St. Barth's villas use 220 voltage, therefore, you will need an adapter(with two round prongs).

Do I need to take linens and towels?
No, our villas/accommodations furnish linens, towels and beach towels. However, if you have a favorite beach towel feel free to bring it.

Does my villa rental include maid service?
Please consult each villa page separately. Most villa have maids except Sunday's and Public Holidays.

What do I need to pack?
All the islands we represent are casual islands. Visitors wear tee-shirts, shorts during the day. If you plan on fine dining you should bring slacks for men and a simple sundress or skirt for ladies.

Are there cooks or chefs available?
Yes, a cook or chef can be arrange prior to your arrival for your entire stay or part thereof. Please inquire and book these service several months ahead of time

Is a rental vehicle required?
No but strongly suggested. A vehicle at your disposal will certainly make your island experience more enjoyable. We will be happy to arrange rental for you.

Is it easy to get a taxi or island tour?
Yes, taxis are readily available. Our concierge service will provide you with taxi driver info.

Can I have my villa stocked with food and beverages prior to arrival?
Yes, on Tortola , we suggest Bobby's Market. You may order from their list at www.bobbysmarketplace.com .They will deliver to your villa or To the airport or Ferry Dock for guest going to Anegada and Jost Van Dyke. Provisioning on St. Barth's, St. Martin , Grenada , St. Thomas and St. John can be arranged by our concierge service.

Will we be safe on our vacation?
Just like anyplace else in the world: You should take precautions for your safety just as you would at home. Always lock your villa, use the safe provided for your valuables, do not take valuable to the beaches or leave them in your vehicle. Always lock you vehicle.

Who do I contact for help and information while on the island?
Each villa provides you with medical, police, your hostess and additional information you may need. Each villa's manager's numbers are provided for you. Our managers primary concern is to make sure you are taken care of. Don't hesitate to call on them. They are pleased to help.
